To validate the claim, the customer must provide clear photos or videos of the issue within the required timeframe.

When Returns Are Not Accepted

Returns are not accepted if:

  • You changed your mind
  • You selected the wrong size, color, or product
  • You no longer want the product after receiving it
  • The item shows wear, washing, or customer-caused damage

We do not offer product exchanges under any circumstances.

Return Request Time Limit

A return request must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date shown in tracking updates. Any request after this period will be automatically denied.

Who Pays Return Shipping?

The customer must pay the return shipping cost initially for all return cases, including damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

However, if after inspection it is confirmed that the issue was caused by Wearvanna, then:

  • The product price will be refunded
  • The return shipping cost will be reimbursed to the customer
  • If the claim is not confirmed during inspection, then:
  • No refund will be issued
  • The return shipping cost will not be reimbursed

The customer may be responsible for paying shipping again if they want the item returned back to them

Condition Requirements for a Valid Return

The product must be returned:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • Free from stains, odors, and signs of wear
  • With all original tags and packaging

If the product does not meet these standards, the return will be rejected.

Return Process

Contact our support team within 7 days with your order number and clear images or videos of the issue.

  • We review and determine if the item is eligible for return
  • If approved, we provide return instructions
  • The customer ships the item back and shares the tracking details
  • Upon arrival, the product is inspected
  • The customer is notified whether the refund is approved or denied
  • Return shipping must not be sent before return approval is granted.
Lost or Damaged Return Shipments

Customers must use a trackable shipping method. If the return shipment is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, no refund will be issued because the product cannot be inspected.

Incorrect Delivery Address Provided by Customer

If the shipping details entered at checkout were incorrect or incomplete, resulting in failed or misdirected delivery:

  • The order does not qualify for return or refund
  • Customer must pay for re-shipping if redelivery is requested
Fraud and Abuse Prevention
